Felix Lau Chi Ko is a Hong Kong-based fashion designer, costume designer, and conceptual designer with extensive experience in the fashion and entertainment industries across Hong Kong and Mainland China. He has worked on numerous films, television dramas, and concert styling projects, showcasing his exceptional visual aesthetics and artistic sensibility. His professional background led him to establish his own design and production company, along with a bridal and evening gown custom-made brand, offering high-end bespoke services.
With his expertise in costume design, he was invited to serve as the costume designer for the “Miss Asia Pageant” by Hong Kong Asia Television (ATV). Later, he was invited to be the costume styling consultant for the “Miss Hong Kong Brands and Products Expo Pageant” organized by the Hong Kong Brands and Products Expo, where he designed elegant and refined outfits for the contestants.
At the same time, he also served as the Design Director and Marketing Strategy Consultant for a Hong Kong fashion brand, contributing to brand development and market positioning. With diverse experience in film, entertainment, and fashion, Felix continuously merges creativity with craftsmanship, bringing unique visual identities and fashion aesthetics to various projects.

In 2022, he founded BLKDOT with Mandy in Singapore, dedicating himself wholeheartedly to delivering unique and unparalleled experiences for every cultural event. Mandy Lau graduated from Nanyang Academy of Fine Arts in Singapore with a major in Theatre and later earned a bachelor’s degree in Motion Pictures& Television major from the Academy of Art University in San Francisco, USA. She is a singer, actress, and producer. She has released multiple music EPs and singles. In China, she has starred in and produced several films and television dramas, showcasing her versatile talents. Throughout the production process, she has demonstrated professional planning and execution skills, infusing each work with depth and creativity.

In 2022, she co-founded BLKDOT in Singapore with Felix Lau, focusing on exploring the limitless possibilities of integrating traditional culture with latest technology.
